Giuseppe Steps Up

After a successful 2009 which yielded a second place in the highly competitive Junior Nation Four Stroke series, Giuseppe Scarcella will make the step up to the 125cc Grand Prix class for 2009.

With the start of the 2009 season only a little over a week away Giuseppe is excited to take the next step in his motorcycling career and makes the move into a class that has breed many of Australia's past and current Superbike riders.

"I'm very excited because it will only be my second race meeting on a 125gp bike. But to go down to Tassie and have fun and ride to the best of my ability me and my team would be quite happy. I expect myself to do well because I have been training a lot and eating and drinking the right foods and fluids, and I put so much effort into my motorcycling. You know because for a little team (Super Sep #47 racing)  it is very hard to go straight to the top of the ladder especially when a 125gp team is spending up to $7000 a superbike race meeting it gets very hard and I don't think that's even a fraction of what the big superbike guys spend. I would just like to say how happy I am to be racing down in Tasmania with my team and to all the little kids out there if you put your mind to it you can do it."

321 Ignition will be following Giuseppe' progress throughout the year, and in his words it will be "Go Hard or Go Home"
