[F1] Webber condition update

Webber update
Mark Webber has undergone surgery this evening in Hobart hospital on his broken right leg after an accident with a 4x4 near Port Arthur today. A metal pin was inserted during the surgery.
At this stage he will be on crutches for at least six weeks which rules him out of pre-season testing until sometime early next year. His recovery program is already being put together in Europe and when he is well enough to fly he will return to the UK for an intensive recovery program.
